1. Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. As our products are specially designed soiree items, we only offer exchanges for eligible items. It is crucial to carefully review the product details, size charts, descriptions, and customization options before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction with your order.

2. Partial Delivery and Try-On Policy:

We do not provide a try-on option or partial delivery. Additionally, opening the package in the courier's presence is not permitted. If you wish to exchange any item(s) from your order, please refer to the exchange policy outlined above.

3. Exchange Steps:

  • Step 1: Ensure the item is in its original condition, including packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations or damage.
  • Step 2: Contact our customer support via Instagram within 14 days of the original purchase date. to request an exchange.
  • Step 3: Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the item and complete the exchange process.

  • Note: Due to the delicate and event-specific nature of soiree items, please handle the products with care to maintain their eligibility for exchange.

    4. Sale/Bazaar items:
    All items purchased during a sale or bazaar event are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    5. Damaged or defective items:
    Refunds are only accepted in the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective item. If this occurs, please contact our customer support team right away. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue and arrange for a replacement if needed.
